Rule out pregnancy: Patients with history of sterilization and sexually active, have 1 percent failure rate for this procedure. In your case, you are already two weeks late from your menses. The ideal thing to do are: 1. Get a serum hcg and if positive; 2. Get a pelvic ultrasound for date, location and rule out ectopic pregnancy. Please see your provider. Good luck.
