Eventhough i got my period 2 day late after taking clomid (clomiphene) 1st time do i have to worry about cyst that can be a side effect from clomid (clomiphene) not taking agai?

Cyst : You can still have a cyst form after taking the clomid (clomiphene). The best measure to reduce the chance for having a cyst that may affect your next cycle is to have an ultrasound before starting the Clomid (clomiphene) again. That will let you know what is going on and may help you to decide.
