I did use clomid (clomiphene) 50 mg for the first time, it did not work and i got my period. can i go for a higher doses clomid (clomiphene) 100 mg for my second cycle? help

Yes: You really must talk to your doctor, but if you do not ovulate on 50mg, then increasing to 100mg would make sense. Some fertility clinics will also place you on estrogen during the cycle as well at these higher doses of clomid (clomiphene).
