Not from that: These are rather minor germs located physically separate from the new fetus. Multiple layers of membranes separate it fro these agents. They can be treated by agents that do not harm the baby and cured long before any bad outcome is present. Some people miscarry for a variety of reasons, but this would not be the first choice as a cause.
