You don't: The primary infection of HPV will self clear in months to a few years but the germ may stick around in the tissues indefinitely. Women can develop cancer from HPV exposure years or decades after their primary infection. The penis size is dictated by the interaction of genetic & hormonal factors. You can have surgery to enlarge it, but there are no magic pills or stretching programs.
