Unfortunately : This is tough to diagnose over the internet. You require a physical exam. Most pain such as this is caused from inflammation in the chest wall, but more serious causes such as a blood clot in the lung, collapsed lung, or even atypical angina (heart pain) are possible. If you become short of breath or the pain is bothersome go to the emergency room where it can be sorted out. Best wishes
