Can cutting out carbs help cure a yeast infection?

No effect: Yeast sometimes is the result of poorly controlled diabetes; if so, keeping blood sugar in control helps prevent and recover from yeast infections. Otherwise, carbohydrate intake has no effect at all. You need yeast-specific treatment. Discuss with your doctor.
