No sugar: Eating good quality unsweetened yoghurt or taking a good quality probiotic can help treat and prevent yeast infections. Yeast thrives on sugar, so it is very important to remove sugars and processes starches (cereal, pasta, bread) from the diet if you have a tendency to yeast infections. Some yeast infections are caused by antibiotic use and may need a medication to help resolve them.

Yeast and Yogurt: No, Yogurt does not cure your Yeast infection, you need proper treatment for the Yeast infection, but Yogurt could increase Lactobacillus acidophilus, which could decrease the recurrent of yeast infection, possibly.
