How can i prevent my kids from getting croup as it seems to be recurring?

Recurrent Croup: Studies show that the main infectious causes of croup are usually parainfluenza viruses, however croup can sometimes be bacterial in nature. Studies also show that recurrenct croup can sometimes be of allergic etiology or from GERD, this variant is called spasmodic croup. Keeping your children's hands clean and instructing them to use hand sanitizer, and an allergy panel would be a good start.
