Pearly penile papule: Pearly penile papules do not respond to any topical medications, unfortunately. The cause of your symptoms of itching would need to be determined by an exam, esp if any other rash or redness is present. Sometimes, however, the reassurance about the condition will result in a disappearance of symptoms.
