How do i treat it as i can't stand the pain. ear drops and pain killer aren't doing anything. mom reckons because my nose is running.

? Ear ache: Your question wasn't clear which pain you are referring to, however from the description it looks like it is the middle ear, so ear drops and just pain killers won't help, runny nose , may add to the problem of congestion and inflammation through the Eustachian tubes. Need to see your doctor for evaluation and Rx meds, meanwhile, continue pain killers, stop the ear drops, use saline nasal washes
