My first u/s was done on 4/12 and they could only see a gestional sac and said i was 5 weeks so when was conception?1st day of last cycle was 2/26

Pregnancy sac: If your LMP was on 2/36 and the ultrasound on 4/12, you should be approximately 6 weeks pregnant. It may be you ovulated later and the timing is correct. If you aren't having any symptoms, repeating the ultrasound in 2 weeks will address your questions and concerns.
