Should not: The material used for bone scan is different than IV contrast for CT. I am unaware of anyone having a reaction for this reason.

There are: contrast substances which can be used (or an "alternative" diagnostic test) for people with sensitivity or allergy to Iodine!!! Your ordering physician MUST be TOLD! Hope this is helpful Dr Z
