Gastroparesis: Yes your symptoms could be due to complication of diabetes - gastroparesis. Follow your doctor's recommendations to keep blood sugar under control. eat small meals 4-5 times a day, avoid cheese and fried food. Avoid fizzy drinks, alcohol and smoking.

Could be: Diabetes can affect nerves to the gut (gastro paresis) however a variety of possibilities including reflux gallstones or even ovarian problems may need to be excluded. May need to check with GP whether these things have been considered/arrange tests if/as appropriate
