I have been waking up with headaches and blurred vision for the past 4days now ,!first time this sort of thing has happend?

See a doctor: as soon as possible. This could be a sign of many dangerous conditions affecting the eyes and/or the brain, and it could be a true emergency. I can't actually think of anything that is NOT dangerous that would cause this pattern. Please don't delay. Good luck to you dear.

See Dr if not better: Headaches that are worse in the morning can have serious causes. However, you have only had your symptoms for 4 days. You have to use your judgement as to the severity of your symptoms. If only mild then it would be reasonable to wait and see if it improves, otherwise I would advise seeing your GP.
