I had my appendix taken out about 3 years ago, i can kind of move the lump around, i am also nervous that i might be pregnant even though i am on birth control and have not had intercourse since my last period.

Appendectomy: Adhesions are internal scarring tissue that can develop after abd surgery. They can be painful sometimes with stretching. If worsening pain or fever, abdominal Distention, increasing size of the lump, abdominal or pelvic pain, vaginal discharge, Please see a doctor immediately. Do a home pregnancy test to know if you are pregnant or not, if not sure absolutely see a doctor.
