Postmenopausal bleed: Postmenopausal bleeding should always be evaluated by an Obgyn. In most cases it is benign but in some cases it isn’t. Generally after confirming the patients history and exam will be done as well as a pelvic sonogram to evaluated the endometrial thickness. If needed an endometrial biopsy may need to be done
