Hi, i got bit by a spider and has produced a scab that juices some puss or something out and has spread to my genital area.

Spider? Herpes?: 99% of what people think are spider bites are not due to spiders at all. Some are other insect nibbles (mosquitoes, certain flies), but most probably are not bites of any kind. If you have blisters, sores, or scabs of the genital area, herpes is possible, assuming you are sexually active and potentially at risk. See a doctor ASAP; if herpes, Rx must be started within days to be effective.
