Chronic hepatitis B: I'm guessing you are in a developing country, probably in Asia. If so, probably you are congenitally infected with hepatitis B. Many such persons are minimally infectious and can safetly have sex, become parents, etc. Your sex partners and children can be 100% protected by being vaccinated. Get care from an expert at your med school; further testing can sort out the details of your options.
