Nodule: This nodule may be an inclusion cyst or residual lesion from a previous pustule. A cosmetic surgeon can advise you and probably shave it off without leaving a scar or deformity.

Get examined : A pimple will resolve after several days. If you have a lesion that's been persistent, it's important to have a physician exam it to determine what it is and if treatment is warranted. Your family doctor or a dermatologist are good places to start.
