Very concerned: First of all, having sex two weeks after delivery has not given the uterus a chance to involute (shrink) and risks major infection due to the open cervix and further injury to tender vaginal tissues. Secondly, you have not had a MD post partum exam and most MD's forbid intercourse now. for the above reasons. Finally, ovulation will occur without a period and, yes, pregnancy is very possible.
