Please clarify ur ?: If you mean you went to pharmacy to pick up a prescription ordered by your clinician, but pharmacist claims he/she never received e-prescription, phone call, or faxed prescription, then have your clinician's office contact pharmacy asap.

Check with Dr: You need to go back to the doctor who prescribed it to re-fax it to the pharmacy. Good luck!
