Post hyst abd pain: Most commonly, it is your intestinal tract. Depending on the description of the pain, and when it occurs, would help in the diagnosis.

Several causes: Since you have no uterus, the remaining causes for lower abdominal are bladder spasm (i see you are on enablex, (darifenacin) you might need re evalutated), intestinal spasm and abdominal wall spasm. Now a more obscure diagnosis would include aortic aneurysm.
