Speech and Physical: Does your daughter have an Individualized Education Plan (IEP)? She may be eligible for school based physical and speech therapy. Her genetic deletion is rare- seek out help via the Genetics department of your nearest children's hospital to find out which genetics specialists have a particular interest in her deletion.

Welcome to confusion: You are unlikely ever to find a special therapy or treatment protocol for this deletion. With luck you will find helpful people at the public school that design a set of modifications to her program that includes speech & physical therapy. Input from a developmental pediatrician or child neurologist can help the process. Her needs will be similar to others in the system.
