Worthless: This won't help your acne. Start with topical benzoyl peroxide and/or a retinoic acid derivative. If you don't have a satisfactory result in two weeks, or if it's on your trunk or is severe, get with your physician who can add something that will work. Ignore everything you read online about acne, and if you need isotretinoin, go for it.

Post popping pimple I applied undiluted dettol for 20 mints. boroline antiseptic cream for another 10 mints without washing dettol. I have dark patch.
Used undiluted Dettol on chin I had a huge pimple oozing out sebum and I thought applying Dettol would stop the germs from spreading and infecting the area but now there is a big brown patch on my chin? Ps: skin is peeling and new skin is burning?
