For a month and a half having tightness in the chest everyday and every other day a cough that will only stop once i bring up all the yellow phlegm. i've been on prednisone and antibiotics and nothing has helped. only the inhaler bring phelgm out.

Asthma?: If you are not a smoker, asthma would be my best guess especially given your response to bronchodilator. Consult your doctor who may refer you to an allergist.
