Ingestion: For most people, heavy metal poisoning is from consuming products contaminated by the heavy metal. You need to first establish whether you have any heavy metal issue and identify the exact metal involved. Chelation may be needed for some cases. I don't understand how any spray would help Lyme disease after one gets infected and certainly not for heavy metal poisoning.
