Maybe not yeast: "Tingling" isn't typical for yeast; the main symptoms are itching and irritation, and usually the entire vaginal area, labia, etc -- not likely to be localized to a smaller spot. Yeasts can normally be found in healthy women, so even if yeast are present, maybe not be the cause of this symptoms, especially since the meds aren't helping. Keep working with your doctor. Have STD tests if at risk.
