Can i just stop taking hydroxizine or do i need to wean off it?

Depends on dose: It usually not a problem to stop it but what is the dose and why do you take it. depending on these answer you may taper and just taper slowly. If you took it for sleep your sleep probelm may return. If you took it for hives, they may return. If you took it for something else that may recur.
