Possible but...: Its possible you are picking up some residual pregnancy hormone but its also possible to get pregnant 5 weeks after giving birth. Consider getting a blood Quantitative level and repeating it to see if the level is going up or down. In new pregnancies, it will go up. See your Ob provider and have it checked out. Best wishes!
