Go to hospital now: Getting "thrown" suggests an accident/trauma especially red mark under belly button. Interestingly, you didn't mention any belly pain (which would suggest internal injuries), just a need to pee leading to "green" fluid. To be safe, it's best that he be examined now. Hospital emergency departments are designed for just this occasion. Don't wait any longer.
