I am experiencing ankle pain. it is in the back of my ankle. it hurts a little when i stand on it and when i walk on it it really hurts.

Achilles tendonitis: Posterior ankle pain that hurts worse when you stand is typically the insertion of the Achilles' tendon that has become inflamed. Ice the area and wear shoes with an open back but not flats. Find a shoe wear heel is at least one inch higher. Rest area limit exercise, find a good sneaker or shoe store and get a dorsiflexion night splint.
