Will balance in time: You can wait a few weeks after completion of the antibiotics to see if everything balances out. If you have a foul-smelling discharge, you may have a benign condition called bacterial vaginosis, which, is treated with a one-week course of an antibiotic called metronizdazole (flagyl).
