Proper evaluation: With these types of symptoms, I initiate a FULL WORK-UP. You need to get answers, so I would call your primary doctor today to get rolling. I would NOT waste any more time. Have you been losing weight? Have you used alcohol or cigarettes? Hopefully this is something simple, but I say you need evaluation NOW.
