People with tinnitus should never also have vertigo problems related to it or their situation is a very bad one, right? what would vertigo feel like?

Meniere's: Having both tinnitus and vertigo is common, and if there's also hearing loss (as there often is in this situation), it's Meniere's syndrome and there are a variety of different causes. If this is you, get seen. Vertigo feels like you and/or the room is spinning. Best wishes.
