If a spermicide condom was just opened and a drop of pre cum got on outside of condom would any possible sperm be killed?

Nonetheless, the scenario presented should pose an almost zero odd to conceive. But, in reality, do HPT in a week at missing period & repeat it in another wk if the first HPT is (-) & still in doubt.
