Separate systems!: All they share is general location. Urinary tract diseases are not related to early pregnancy. Unprotected sex could lead to either or both but that's about it. If you've had such sex and miss your period, do a test - but see a Dr for the pain/blood and ask them to do the pregnancy test along w/ making a good plan for STD/pregnancy protection. Best!

UTI symptoms: Pain on urinating and pink staining can happen with a urinary tract infection. Drink lots of fluids (at least 6-8 cups/day) and if not improving in a day or two, or if you have fever, see your doctor. These would not be symptoms of pregnancy.
