Kegel exercises: A simple exercise you can easily do anywhere: You want to squeeze your buttocks together tightly like holding in the need to urinate or if you are having a large bowel movement and you have to wait to find a restroom. By squeezing your buttocks together you will tighten the vaginal floor ( PC muscles ) start with 5 min. 2x/day and hold each squeeze for 10-15 sec. Move up to 10-15 min twice daily
