Irregular bleeding: Irregular menstrual bleeding is one of the most common issues Obgyn treat. If your CIN 3/endometriosis surgery was recent then prompt evaluation by your surgeon is warranted. If this bleeding is unrelated to surgery then schedule an Obgyn visit for a pelvic exam and sonogram.
