I had 2 tylenol extra strength @ 6:30 pm yesterday 7/28 i took 2 more @ 1:10 a.m 7:29 is it safe to take 2 tylenol extra strength rapid release now?

Yes: The recommended dosing is two 500mg pills every 4-6 hours. You should stop after 6 pills in a single day. Any more than that and you risk liver problems.

Likely ok: If this is for a day or two , the dose is probably ok. Do note that any dose higher than that may cause liver problem for some people. Long-term intake of tylenol is not a good idea however due to the liver issue.
