Atypical: This is atypical for cardiac disease. It is low likelihood for ischemic heart disease. However, if you have age, htn, high cholesterol, family history or smoke you should be checked further.

Seems atypical: If it is a pinching sensation lasting a few seconds it is unlikely to be your heart. The prudent thing to do however is to have an evaluation by your doctor.
