Thigh shivers: If these are muscle twitches, localized muscular or superficial nerve irritability is likely. If frequent diffuse muscle twitches or cramps occur, deficiencies of calcium, magnesium and potassium must be ruled out. I don't think it's a symptom of iron deficiency. The pinched low back nerve may be a factor,however. A neurologist could evaluate you for this.
