Sounds like pregnanc: Sound like an early pregnancy. Make sure you see appt with doctor and get on you pre natal vitamins and folic acid. Congratulations

Each pregnancy: test works a little differently. We would need to know which test it was to know if it is + or -. There should be instructions on the box it came with. Take care.
