See a doctor now: Chest pain needs to be taken seriously. Even atypical chest pain can mean a blocked blood vessel in your heart and can have serious consequences. Other possible causes are Reflux, inflammation of the food pipe (oesophagitis), chest infection, a clot in your lung and so on. You need to see your doctor immediately

Multiple: Chest pain can be a symptom of heart disease but may be may other things such as esophageal spasms, great vessel disease, respiratory disorders (asthma, COPD, bronchitis, infections), and muscle problems to name a few. It really depends on the clinical situation and other symptoms you may be having. You need to see a doctor.

See your Dr: Chest pain has many causes, some of which are very dangerous so you should DEFINITELY seek a proper assessment to exclude for example coronary artery disease as the cause. Another probable cause would be reflux which is likely to be worse when lying down but this should not be assumed.
