Probably okay: If you missed only one pill, and took the two pills within 24-48 hours, it is possible for you to become pregnant but not likely, if you are on a standard strength estrogen/progesterone hormone pill. Risk of pregnancy with missed pill is highest during first week and third week of active pills.
