Need to examine: How long have you had the lesion? Is it growing? Was an x-ray examination done? If you know it to be a benign osteoma, you may watch and wait. If the lesion doubles in size, becomes irregular in shape, bleeds, or ulcerates , see a doctor. Wish you good health!
