EF 45%: EF 45% is low normal . Other studies Was a nuclear stress test done to determine if the low ejection fraction was due to blockage vs myopathy? Valves normal?What is the size of left chamber- hypertrophy vs dilatation vs diastolic dysfunction? Fluid in lungs /legs? water pills? Blood work- pNTpro-BNP, TSH/T4 , elctrolytes, CBC( anemia) B12 ? other conditions? F/U planned? f/u/w/ doc
