I had a c section 8 years ago and a laparoscopic for endometriosis 3 years ago. i notice something hard and very painful under scar. what can this be?

Endometriosis +: It might be recurrent Endometriosis in the old scar, or adhesions of intestines stuck to the underside of the scar. Since it is painful, please let your previous GYN surgeon know of this problem.
