I wouldn't: You may know that Postinor is a hormone, a progestin called Levonorgestrel. It works well to prevent pregnancy if taken up to 72 hours after intercourse. It sounds like you took the first pill within 24 hours, so it should be effective for two more days. So you are safe. Very unusual to have condoms breaking repeatedly...throw away that box/lot. Buy some new ones. Postinor ONLY for emergency:)
