Examination: Hard to say without being able to examine the collarbone and seeing if the lump is near the middle of the body, (sternoclavicular joint), the shoulder (acromioclavicular joint), or along the collarbone itself/related structure. The best way to put one's mind at ease would be a doctor examination to try to reach a diagnosis - or if unclear arrange tests. All the best.
